By submitting an inquiry, accepting a proposal, or beginning work with us, you agree to:

Pay all agreed fees by the due dates.
Late payments or scope changes may cause delays, service pauses, or additional charges as outlined in your agreement.
All fees for Syevox services are non-refundable once payment is made. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that Syevox does not provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, partial delivery, or early cancellation.
All Deliverables remain the exclusive property of Syevox until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Deliverables for your business purposes.
Syevox may showcase Deliverables in portfolios, marketing, or social media channels, subject to your prior written approval.
You may not resell, redistribute, or falsely claim authorship of Deliverables.
Syevox does not guarantee specific results, including follower growth, engagement rates, leads, conversions, or viral reach. Social media performance depends on factors outside our control.
We may use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics. You may need to grant us access to accounts. We are not responsible for third-party service issues or account suspensions.
We handle all data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By working with us, you consent to the processing of data and analytics necessary to deliver our Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syevox is not liable for:
Loss of business, profits, or reputation.
Service interruptions caused by third parties.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Syevox harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of Deliverables.
Content you provide for campaigns.
Violations of these Terms.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, platform downtime, or third-party system changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
These Terms, together with any written agreement, proposal, or invoice, form the entire agreement between you and Syevox. They supersede all prior discussions or representations.
